All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by LegalAware.ai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. AI analysis results generated from your documents remain your property.
6. Service Accuracy & Limitations
While we strive for high accuracy in our AI models, we do not guarantee error-free results. Our service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Users should verify all AI-generated analysis independently.
7. Limitation of Liability
LegalAware.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or for any other reason. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
